How much does shipping cost?

Where an item can be posted, the postage cost is included in the item price. If an item is too large, heavy or fragile to post, it will need to be collected in person or via a courier arranged and paid for by the buyer.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery, possibly longer for overseas orders.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is no longer available, a refund will be processed instead.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed.

What condition are the items in?

All items are in good, vintage and antique condition. They may show signs of previous use consistent with their age, and this is described in the individual product listing.
